Q. What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly billing charges ₩19,000 every month; yearly billing charges ₩180,000 once a year — ₩15,000 a month. Pro benefits are the same on both.
Q. How is the "projects at a time" limit counted?
It's based on the projects currently in your dashboard. For example, Pro keeps up to 10 uploaded-video projects at once — delete a finished one and the slot frees up for a new upload right away.
Q. If I cancel Pro, are my existing projects deleted?
No! Your projects and client feedback are kept as they are, and you can still view them and receive feedback. You just can't create new upload projects until you're back under the Free limit (1 upload at a time).
Q. Do clients leaving feedback need a paid plan?
Not at all! Clients just open the shared link, enter a nickname and start leaving feedback — no login or payment. Only the editor needs a plan.
Q. How do I change my payment method or get receipts?
Use the "Manage subscription" button on your dashboard or this page to open Stripe's customer portal, where you can update your card, print receipts, and cancel or resume your subscription in a few clicks.
